Conceived as an integrated part of the Cheng beachfront estate, this guest villa continues the architectural language of the neighbouring main mansion in the form of a traditional Chinese courtyard house with a colonnaded walkway running around the inner treed garden. Natural through-ventilation is thus easily achieved for all rooms and a second-floor gallery-promenade affords views to sea and mountain over clerestoried roofs.
